The Ultimate Achiever Award recognizes outstanding individuals who demonstrate a sincere commitment to leadership in and out of the classroom, within professional organizations, and/or within their communities. They give of their time and effort not for personal gain, but because they understand that many hands make for light work, and that when everyone contributes their best, it makes for monumental and multidimensional impact. Further, Ultimate Achiever Award recipients reflect a dedication to empowering the next generation of lawyers through thought leadership, mentorship, and fostering unity in whatever room they enter.

Eligibility Requirements

Current law student or recent graduate of an ABA-accredited law school
Strong academic record demonstrating high academic achievement
Demonstrated history of volunteer service with BESLA
Proven leadership in legal education, community service, and/or strategic initiative development
The Ultimate Achiever Award is awarded based on nomination and internal selection. No application is required to be considered for this award.
